  • Software Products: Refund policies for our software products are subject to the terms outlined in the specific product's purchase agreement or subscription terms. Generally, refunds may be considered for significant defects or non-functionality reported within a specified period after purchase.
  • Online and Offline Training:
    • Eligible cancellations made within the specified timeframe will receive a full refund.
    • No refunds will be provided for non-attendance or cancellations made outside the specified timeframe, except in cases where Lineltech cancels the training.
  • Other Services (E-commerce, CRM, Websites, Mobile Apps, College Management Software, etc.): Refunds for other services will be handled as per the terms and conditions specified in the individual project agreements or service contracts. Typically, refunds are not provided for completed work or services already rendered. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of the project and the reasons for cancellation.
